The next monthly meeting of the Curley School Parent Council is scheduled for next Wednesday, February 12 at 6pm. As usual, the meeting will take place in the Upper School Library. What are we talking about this month? Glad you asked:

• BPS budget: It’s not pretty, but Curley parents (and those from other schools) are committed to fighting the cuts. Find out what’s happening, and how you can get involved!
• Curley playing field: Each week we inch closer to bringing this amazing project to fruition. We’re almost there!
• Curley Silent Auction: Tuesday, March 25th at Canary Square. One of our major fundraising events, and a great excuse for a night out without the kiddos.

If time permits, we also hope to talk about the Curley uniform policy, health and wellness initiatives, the music program,  school climate, and other upcoming fundraising events. And of course, each month’s meeting is a chance to bring up any Curley-related issues or concerns. Dinner will be served and childcare is available, so we hope you’ll be able to join us.
