We still need 4 more people to sell raffle tickets for the 5th Annual Fall Fling outside JP Licks tomorrow.
1 more person is needed between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m tomorrow, and we have no one at all for the 12 p.m. to 2 p.m slot right now. We need at least 3 people for this middle shift tomorrow so if you can, please consider helping out.
Click this link to SIGN UP ONLINE.
You will need to expand the poll to reveal the October 1 spot. We will also need some coverage for next Saturday as well, but tomorrow is critical.
All materials will be provided to you. The raffle prizes are an iPad, a kid’s Fuji bike and an xBox 360, so the tickets really sell themselves. The drawing will happen during the Fall Fling, which this year is on Friday, October 14. The Fall Fling brings in about 40% of our budget, so it is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The money raised goes directly to support the music, art and science programs at the Curley.
To learn more about the Curley Fall Fling, please read the earlier story. Thanks!

Hi,
Can prospective transfer BPS students go to the Fall Fling? And/or whatwould be the best way for them to visit?
I know someone who wants to apply to transfer their 6 year old.

Ann, the Fall Fling is open to anyone in the Community so the Fall Fling is probably an excellent (albeit noisy!) opportunity for a prospective family to meet Curley parents, teachers and students. That said, if they want to have a tour of the school itself and have the chance to speak to people in a less, shall I say, rambunctious setting, they should contact the school directly. They can use the contact page on this site to contact Betty Alvarado or Maria Monteiro-Roby, both of whom will be able to steer them in the right direction.
