Top 10 reasons to attend the SPC meeting on May 9th, 6:00-7:30 pm

  1. Feel proud that you’re participating in your kid(s)’ school. #curleycares
  2. Meet other parents and bond over your shared inability to deal with all the “artwork” that comes home. (What? Is that just me?)
  3. Share your opinion on important school issues.
  4. Get updates on stuff like the library, health & wellness, and THE ‘80’s PROM.
  5. Pickles! Pizza! Microcuisine! (baby carrots)
  6. Learn about the featured topics: Types of assessment and Arts at the Curley
  7. Free pizza and childcare and pony rides* for your children!
  8. Bring up any issues that are important to you or ask any questions you’ve been dying to ask (e.g. Can parents join CAD?)
  9. Scope it out so you can decide if you want a position on next year’s SPC.
  10. Brush up on your Spanish. (Our meetings are bilingual./Nuestras reuniones son bilingües.)

And don’t miss our very last SPC meeting of the year, Friday, June 15th. It’ll be a potluck and includes our elections for next year’s council.
