The BPS Transportation Department is holding a series of community meetings across Boston.
The community meetings announcement explains the meetings “will provide BPS families, school staff and the community with an opportunity to dialogue in an open forum about transportation improvements, reliability, safety, and customer service. These meetings will also be a space to express overarching concerns and ideas as well as document specific issues that can be resolved in an expedited fashion.”
Topics of discussion will include:
- Improved performance
- New changes and ongoing efforts
- The RFP Process
- Meeting with Transportation Customer Service Representatives
