Resolution for 2013: come to Wednesday’s SPC meeting

Happy New Year Curley families!

Why not start 2013 off right by joining us for the next meeting of the Curley School Parent Council, happening Wednesday, January 9 from 6 to 8pm in the Upper School library. It’s your chance to meet fellow members of the Curley community, find out more about what’s going on at the school, and make your voice heard. Plus, there’s Spanish language translation, tasty dinner, and free childcare. Items on the agenda include:

  • Committee reports – Recent happenings from our different working groups, including fundraising, treasurer, School Site Council, SpedPac (Special Education Advisory Council), and communications
  • School yard update – A status report on plans to relaunch soccer field fundraising
  • Curley pride! – An update on the latest plans
  • Curley After School Program – Results of research into becoming a 501c3
