Reminders: Field Days, Moving On, MFABS, half days and more!

Curley Annual K1-5th Grade Field Day

Friday, June 21st (Rain date: Monday, June 24th, 2013)

The different grades will participate during the following times:
9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Grades 3 and 4
10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Grades 1 and 2
12:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Grades K1 and K2

Fifth Grade Field Day and Awards Ceremony Luncheon

Field Day, Friday, June 21st (Rain date: Monday, June 24th, 2013)
Approximately 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Jamaica Pond Sugar Bowl

Catered Lunch and Awards Ceremony
(This event will be held on Friday, June 21st regardless of the weather.)
Approximately 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Curley School

The Fifth Grade Field Day and Awards Ceremony Luncheon will take place at the Jamaica Pond and the Curley K-8 School on Friday, June 21st at 9:00 a.m.

Technology Committee Meeting

Tuesday, June 25th, 8 p.m.

The recently formed Curley Technology Committee, made up of interested parents, teachers, staff, grandparents, and community members, will be holding it’s next meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 8p.m.

Teacher Appreciation Lunch

Thursday, June 27th, 1 p.m.

The SPC’s annual Teacher Appreciation Lunch is a chance for us to thank the teachers for all their hard work and say goodbye to all those who are leaving our community. If you are available to help set up and wait on the teachers, please email Dave Demerjian. This is a really nice event we’ve held forever for all the teachers and staff, and can be a lot of fun too.

Early Release/Last Day of School

Thursday, June 27th and Friday, June 28th, 12:30 p.m.

These last two days of the school year will both be half days. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. Please make the necessary arrangements for their arrival home.

Please note that our Curley After School Program (CASP) will close for the school year on Friday, June 21st. The last school day remains June Friday, June 28th. CASP will, however, reopen for their summer program on July 8th.
