Hello Curley friends and families. Please join us for the regularly scheduled meeting of the Curley K-8 School Parent Council. It’s happening next Wednesday, November 6, 8:45 am, and will take place in the Upper School Library.

What’s on the agenda? We’re glad you asked. We’ll be reviewing and answering questions related to the 2013-2014 school year budget, as well as hearing from the playing field team, our new technology committee, and some of our other working groups. The SPC raises nearly $40,000 a year, and this is an important meeting for parents who want to know where that money comes from and where it goes.

As always, food will be served, and Spanish language interpretation will be available. Getting involved in the SPC is a great way to learn about the many different pieces of the Curley ecosystem and to make friends with other families. Why not give it a try?
