The December meeting of the Curley School Parent Council

Upper School Library (please enter via Centre Street)
This month’s meeting will be a COMMUNITY FORUM for parents to get to know one another better and talk about their experiences at the Curley. What are you loving about the school? What could be better? How can we as Curley families best support our kids and teachers? Please note that Principal Grassa and staff won’t be at this meeting – it’s a chance for parents and guardians to talk candidly, listen to one another, and build community. There will also be a brief appearance by Boston Police officers from District E13 to talk about safety in our school.
We’ll also be providing updates from our different committees and working groups, including School Site Council, the Playing Field Capital Campaign team, and much more.
As always, dinner will be served, childcare is available, and a Spanish language interpreter will be on hand.

La reunión este mes será un foro comunitario para que los padres se conocen mejor y hablar sobre sus experiencias en Curley. ¿A que le gusta de la escuela? ¿En que puede mejorar? ¿Comó podemos ayudar nuestros estudiantes y profesores? El director (la directora) Grassa y el personal no estarán en la reunión, es una oportunidad para los padres para hablar liberamente, escuchar a otros, y forjar una comunidad. Tambien la policía de Boston de Distrito E13 vendrán para hablar sobre la seguridad en la escuela.
También proveeremos noticias de nuestros comites y grupos diferentes, incluyendo School Site Council (comité del sitio de la escuela), the Playing Field Capital Campaign team, y mucho más. Como siempre, serviremos la cena, cuidado de niños está disponible, y un traductor de español estará aqui.
