I am wondering if anyone has more info about these tutors? I am specifically wondering if they are bilingual? Knowing this ahead of time, would help to determine whether I can suggest this resource to my/our language-learner students. Thanks!

Jennifer, there is bilingual help at the Connolly. Two of the homework helpers speak fluent Spanish, and two of the librarians are also fluent in Spanish as well. Furthermore, Sylvia tells me all the tutors themselves get a great deal of training before they start the program. The BPS teacher who also helps out is specializes in teaching math, and their participation was facilitated by the BTU.
