Summer Reading Initiative Returns to the Curley: Again this year, all students in Grades k-8 will be asked to take a pledge to read daily over the summer months and to maintain a log of this reading. In addition, students entering grades 4 through 8 will be expected to read one additional book. as assigned by their classroom teacher and in coordination with the BPS and Boston Public Library initiative, “Summer Reading Together”. Packets of information, including the summer reading pledge, reading bingo activity, and logs are now being finalized and will be distributed to classroom teachers the week of June 11th. K-2) if you have specific questions regarding summer reading program.

Curley Schoolyard Cleanup Take 2!: Sunday, June 24th, 2018, 10am-4pm
Join the Curley community in cleaning up the gardens and play spaces in our schoolyard. Volunteers needed to help spread 4 truckloads of wood chip mulch around campus and one truckload of compost in the outdoor classroom. Strong need for wheelbarrows–please bring one if you can! Last Day of School: The last day of school is Thursday, June 28th. We will have early release days with dismissal at 1pm on Wednesday, June 27th and Thursday, June 28th.
CASP: The last day of the Curley After School Program is Tuesday, June 27th. There will be NO after school programming on Wednesday, June 27th or Thursday, June 28th.
