Yes, we are mixing things up this year. The next SPC meeting will be held Wednesday, 12/5, from 8:45 – 10:45 AM. Instead of the usual pizza + cookies and evening meeting, we will be enjoying coffee + pastries in the fresh light of morning. The meeting will be held in the Upper School Library as usual and will include interpretation services. We have a full agenda planned with lots of opportunities for engagement with topics of interest to the Curley community. Agenda items include:
- Committee reports – All the latest from our different working groups, including treasurer, fundraising team, School Site Council, and external communications.
- Schoolyard/soccer field update – We’ll be gauging parent interest in re-launching earlier efforts to fundraise for development of a soccer field on the Curley grounds.
- Information about a parent support group for parents of students with special needs, IEPs, or just some academic struggles
- Upcoming events and fundraisers –
- Dec 7 – Curley kindergarten preview tour
- Dec 11 – Centre Street shopping night
- Jan 21 – MLK service day
- Curley Pride Week
- And more!
